Otterly.AI figures were read from their public pricing and product pages on August 31, 2026 and may have changed since, so check otterly.ai/pricing/. Rows compare each vendor's mid tier, Professional · $349/mo against Otterly.AI Standard · $189/mo, because that's the plan most teams buy; a ✕ means it is not included on the plan compared. Track
Every buyer question, re-run daily
Add the questions your buyers actually ask. We run them through every engine on your plan, every day, and capture the full answer text, not just whether you were named.
Cover
Five engines on the plan you buy
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode, all included on Professional rather than parcelled out as add-ons or held back for a contract.
Benchmark
See exactly who gets recommended instead
Share of voice against the competitors you name, per prompt and per engine, so you can tell the difference between losing everywhere and losing one question that matters.
Act
Fixes drafted, not just findings filed
The supervised agent turns each gap into reviewable work: the page edit, the schema, the citation to chase. You approve it; you don't write it from scratch, and it isn't metered in credits.
Where the two products stop
Otterly is a well-built visibility tracker and it does that job properly: daily runs, citation analysis, a GEO audit that tests 19 crawlers against your robots.txt, content briefs, and a crawler-analytics layer that classifies bot intent. At $29 to start it is the cheapest honest way into this category.
What it does not do is the half after the dashboard. There is no E-E-A-T scoring, no entity-accuracy ledger that records what is true about you and grades each engine on getting it right, no outreach pipeline with stored contacts and drafted pitches, and no content editor, their own docs say recommendations "provide guidance rather than drafting content". Scores are counted one-per-day-per-engine as a 1 or a 0, so a run either mentioned you or it didn't.
Two things they do that we don't, which matter if they are your requirements. Microsoft Copilot is on every Otterly plan and we do not track it at any tier. Their REST API, MCP server and Looker Studio connector arrive at $189, which used to be ahead of us and is now a tie.
Buy AI Rankly if you need Gemini or Google AI Mode, or more than 100 prompts, because that is the point where their add-ons overtake our flat price. Buy Otterly if four engines and a dashboard is genuinely the brief, if Microsoft Copilot matters, or if you want a REST API and Looker connector at $189, because those are theirs and not ours.

Before you decide
On the sticker, yes: Lite is $29/mo and Standard is $189/mo against $99 and $349 here, and they publish a 15% annual discount that we don't. Configured the same, no. Otterly Standard covers 100 prompts across four engines. Adding Gemini and Google AI Mode to reach our five is $59 each, and going from 100 prompts to 300 is another $198, which totals $505/mo against $349. Their engine count never rises above four on any plan, so that gap widens as you grow rather than closing.
Microsoft Copilot tracking, which they include from $29 and we don't offer at any tier. Their Claude Skill is a packaged artefact we have no equivalent for. They place no limit on competitors at any tier, where we allow ten on Professional. They track ChatGPT Ads and Shopping cards from the entry plan, which is an Enterprise line for us. And they run a 7-day free trial with 50 prompts and no card, plus a set of free public tools.
Otterly covers four on every plan (ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot) and sells Gemini, Google AI Mode and Claude as add-ons priced by tier. AI Rankly Starter covers three at $99, Professional covers five at $349, and Enterprise covers all seven.
Yes, seven days on the plan you're considering, running its real engines against your own brand rather than a demo account. The prompts and competitors you set up during the trial carry straight over if you stay.
